Late request but I am going to be at BCN tomorrow 3rd December and it looks like landings will be on 07s. Are there any good external spotting locations for landings or should I stay in the terminal? Thanks.

Hello! I am visiting Barcelona soon and I'd like to do some spotting as well. How far are the spotting places from the centre of Barcelona? How long does it take to get there?

Hi Fervema
Thanks for your information. Sounds more complicated than I thought. Maybe I will have to get a taxi instead! Am also thinking about spot C. How accessible is it from the terminal? As I am not based in Europe I am looking forward to seeing plenty of VY and IB! Thanks again.

Hi David, to get from train station of the new spotting tower /concrete sunbeds (spot A) to 'Tanatori' is to get a PR1 to Lleida - Ctra. de la Bunyola then walk to 'Tanatori' About 1.7 km, or taking a L10 then walk to Tanatori about 18 Minutes 1.5 km. But, is far as i know is i know that there is no PR3 coming from El Prat de Llobregat Station to Tanatori Which is Not a Common Route. But there is the (21) Which going towards Av Paral·lel-Fontrodona then walk to Tanatori in about 25 Minutes. There is No Bus stoppes in Tanatori from EL Prat de Llobregat Station.

Hi! I am planning a couple of days spotting at BCN later this summer but I won't have a car. I've tried to work out the best way to get to the new spotting tower /concrete sunbeds (spot A), but all the webpages are in Catalan!
It looks like I have to get a bus (PR3) from Llobregat station to 'Tanatori' - seem to be regular. Do all the buses stop here? Also, is it easy to get a bus back to the main train station - I can't find any information on buses stopping at 'Tanatori' on the way back.

Any help / confirmations will be appreciated!

David
