The ASK 21 is a glass-reinforced plastic, two-seater, mid-wing glider aircraft with a T-tail. It is designed primarily for instructing novice pilots, but is also suitable for cross-country flying and aerobatic instruction. This particular example is pictured at Bicester Airfield during the YES Fly In.

Production ceased in 2005 after 36 of the type had been built, but in 2011 the manufacturers announced that they would make another small batch.
