Add your own blog
Plane Mad blogs allow our users to set up their own aviation blog and all of our visitors to see more aviation
content over the site. Blogs are an easy way to virtually create your own website, without the cost or the hassle
of having to write complex HTML code in order to display your website correctly. With our blogs you are able to
add videos, pictures and style your text using the same code style and short cuts as any user will have already used
in our forum.
You can also run a blog with other users of the site, simply create your blog below and then use the "Admin
User" option to add other users.
Why set-up a blog?
- Our blogs will allow you the ability to basically run your own website, but without the cost and hassle of actually running and maintaining a website.
- No need to create complex HTML code as you would need to if you ran your own website. Easily post pictures, links and videos from numerous sites within your blog posts with ease.
- Advanced features such as search ability and RSS feeds that your visitors can subscribe to are automatically available on your blog.
- Get feedback about your blog with user comments available for each blog entry.
- Your blog will be hosted on Plane Mad with links to the blog as if it were a section of this website. It is not unusual for this site to reach 2,000 page views per day and so you have a large audience of people to show your blog to.
- Help is always very easily available. Simply send a private message to admin or use the contact me page to request help with any aspect of the blogs. We can usually promise a response within 24 hours.

- All blogs must be aviation related.
- Blogs must not contain abusive, foul, adult or offensive language or content. If in doubt please ask me first.
- Blogs must not be created simply for advertising purposes.
- All blogs are regulated and as the owner of the site I reserve the right to alter, or delete any entry which I feel inappropriate to the site, without prior warning.
- Anyone found breaking the rules may be banned from using blogs or even banned from the whole site.
