Hiya there everybody we have some joker purporting to be trying to sell us pharmacy drugs under the name 'plavix'. Of course we all know that these people are just trying to get our bank account details. Could the moderators of the site please remove the thread immediately?

We are trying our best to keep on top of it, but, until the site owner returns, we have no power to ban the user. The site owner is currently unwell so has not been on here, and unfortunately, we have no date of his return yet.

There may be times where the posts remain on the site, as we are all human and require sleep. However, just some advice:

1) Ignore the thread
2) Do not click ANY link in the post
3) Be patient, we will eventually delete the posts, and when the site owner returns, we will ban the user to prevent more postings

The thread in question does now appear to have disappeared.

Yes, I deleted that one, but 2 have appeared tonight, and there have been 50 similar posts this week, so all the Mods are aware and we are certain there will be more posts.

Does the 'report this post' function alert the mods? I reported a couple of threads over the weekend.

Im not sure Groobs. Theres nothing in the report queue? Have the offending posts gone?

Pleasure, well not always! , but it is something that needs to be done and unfortunately it needs to be done a hell of a lot at the moment. But we'll continue to try to keep the site as clear possible, for as long as possible. Thanks for the kind words.

I think it is disgraceful that you keep deleting them. How else am I supposed to get my cheap hormone tablets? It will take me years to become a woman if I have to pay the Boots prices...


Seriously, well done to the Mods. Spammers know no shame and it's a thankless task modding a forum as people don't always see how hard mods work to keep it clean.
