There will be a small area of Long Stay 1 by the 20s remote stands is being made into a viewing area.
There may be a few benches may be put there and the green slats in the fencing around there will be taken away to make viewing easier
will not wonderful for photographers???

Isn't there already a viewing area there? There certainly used to be a viewing area in long stay 1, overlooked what used to be the Eurohub but not the best location. Is this new area in the same location or somehwere different?

There was (in pretty much the same place) but it was mothballed when the new stands opposite T2 were built. It was great for viewing but it wasn't wonderful for photographers. Everyone used to stand on the yellow bins

I used to take my set of steps to get above the fence, not a great position for shots really but may have to give it a go at some point, haven't been to BHX in ages and its only 40mins away!
