General Discussion Forum | What Do People Think?
Not posted for a while but still very active.
Just wondered if those of you who use flightradar24 website have had chance to try out the
aircraft view in beta option.
You can pick any aircraft on the world and see its current position on google earth.
What do people think?
I hope they'll add more aircraft to their database so we can see those instead of the standard 737 that is currently the default And maybe they could add liveries to that aircraft too. Not sure how they'd go about that or if it would be possible, but it'd be a nice feature.
I also thought they could do with making their tracking a little smoother as the plane is constantly tilting to line up with the runway when coming into land. Maybe this is something they could look at in the future as it's not a big issue
Overall I think it's a pretty nice new feature that can only become better & better as time progresses
'There was a problem with the Google Earth Plug-in. Please try reloading the page.
If that doesn't help, you can re-install the Google Earth Plug-in using this link'
I've re-installed Google Earth Plug-in a couple of times but it still doesn't work. I accept that it is still in Beta but I cannot wait to see an a/c coming down the ILS over where I live.
Just followed in an a380 to Heathrow earlier saw millenium dome, wembley, emirates stadium etc
its really good
You can see the SCFC on Stockports ground on an MAN approach.
