General Discussion Forum | electrical products on planes
Its only in recent years electrical items was allowed to be used in the aircraft while in flight.
what has changed there reasons for allowing such items to be used. ? and why was there a ban in the first place ??? was it because they did not want noise or was a real threat from such items being used ??
Quoting EmmasDad, from a previous postYou might be able to after take off, I got told off in no uncertain terms last year last year by the AFR bint for using the point and shoot digicam whilst taxiing.

However, I do tend to 'hide' my phone/camera a little bit when cabin crew walk past just incase

Better just to keep quiet and if you feel the need spend your money elsewhere in future.
