Yet more good news. Ryanair have today announced yet another new route from LBA for summer 2012 bringing it up to 27 destinations served. They will commence a 2x weekly service to Reus-Barcelona on March 30th with flights operating on Friday & Sundays.

I do fear that they will push Jet2 out and then dump LBA and leave them in deep poop as I dont think Jet2 would return too quickly. Or is this unlikely because of Jet2 being well known in the area?

Unlikely and Ryanair doesn't have half as much influence in the airport operations room as Jet2.

Yeah thats what I thought, but then again they managed to brainwash something like 70,000,000 pax last year and there must be someone flying with them to warrant 27 destinations in less than a year. LS will only acheive that in June at NCL and thats after what??? 6 Years.
