London Heathrow Airport Forum | strange helicopter activity. heathrow north?

does anyone know how I can find out why there has been such a lot of helicopter activity in the last few weeks over stockley park, just north of heathrow?

there was a chinook first, then several other copters where we have never had this happening before. they hovvered really low over the gardens in harlington road, it was quite unsettling.

I wrote to dep of transport but no reply.
