There weren't that many built, but surprisingly quite a few of them have survived as

My 1st fliv spot, for what seems like an age, was a BA744.... as common as muck over my works, but it put a smile on my face today! I do wish the Belugas would stop waving their tails at us over Manchester as they are incredibly photogenic, even at altitude. A bit more paint on them might be an idea too as they are perfect billboards for the A350

I just did a quick Google and it came back with several references to Airbus keeping that in-house. There isn't a set timetable published anywhere, and operations are regarded as being fairly flexible anyway between different plants with differing sections.

It means aircraft that are very high in the sky, so much so they look more like dots!!!
You can of course identify aircraft very high up on any clear day by the trails behind them or sometimes when they are lower just see them.
To track them when they are going over your exact location simply use
www.flightradar24.com

Omni Air have been doing troop flights, not sure what the Air Caraïbes was for but I guess it's more than likely to be more Troop flights. A euroatlantic 777 was in yesterday as well.

I saw a 777 that seemed to come out of Oxford one evening last week and head towards us at low altitude, thought it was coming to Man but it continued, quite low, all the way to Durham.
What's this flight all about?

VS19 (G-VWOW) which overflew MAN about 30 mins ago has suddenly made a very strange routing just in the atlantic west of Fort William.
Almost did a 180' turn, and now turned back on course. Its almost like he had an issue, was about to turn around but decided to go on?

...and it is better today. Crystal clear sky's and the big orange thing has shown it's face for a change.
Re FR24.
It seems that each device that you use FR24 on has slightly different (and better) features. Just put the pro version onto my wife's Ipad and you get the predicted flight path as well as the trail path. This is a great feature for predicting if fly over will come within camera range etc
With full US coverage this APP just gets better and better.
