Hi guys, when is the time to see aircraft landing on the new runway? I've been at 7am in the past and from about 4:30pm in the past and seen a/c taking off on it but still landing on the old runway.

Its highly unusual for aircraft to be landing and taking off of the new runway although it did happen today in extraordinary circumstances. To see planes landing on the new runway you need to be there at the times you say and check the forecast for an easterly wind direction, then they will be landing on the new runway and taking off from the old. The new runway isn't used for landings from the east (23 Left) for a number of reasons, the main ones being lack of proper ILS and no parallel taxiway.
Aircraft have to roll right to the end and wait in a loop, then backtrack. This blocks it whilst aircraft are moving. It wasn't planned to be used for 23L landings except when absolutely necessary.
Similarly 05R is rarely used for takeoffs (from the other end of it) as aircraft need to travel down the runway then turn and hold in the loop until there is a gap for them to depart.
