Looks like he is having a few issues avoiding the storms.
Their website only gives you the option of MAN-BHD-LGW-TIP
Quoting world_rep, from a previous postCool. Can you book anywhere yet?

Has the latest titan 757 (G-POWH) arrived for maintenance or to be sprayed up?.
Cheers Rick.

Come in as MON376P so prob in to do the delayed MON1376 to Venice.
Thanks Betablockeruk for your reply, I saw it depart on FR24. The reason I "assumed" it was due in for maintenance with Monarch is because like you said it came in as MON376P. When a call sign ends in "P" I always thought it ment positioning in.
Sometimes this Aviation talk confuses me.

Cheers Rick.
An aircraft will never position in for maintenance with Monarch callsigns unless it is a Monarch aircraft.
It would position in under its own airlines callsign.

does anyone know the best location to see the A380 land? I've been to the viewing park and the area around 23L, and I never made it to where the mounds were opposite the pub on 23R.
Thanks, Jamlidd.

I've heard of washing machines before now!
T1 IWD3677 17:00 Palma Scheduled 17:00
Presuming this is the same A330 that operated yesterdays flight? Any more info.
Quoting dino77, from a previous posti don't know if it's coming back but IWD3678 took off about 30 minutes ago reg was cs-tra an orbest a330
Orbest A330 reg is EC-LKE not CS-TRA
CS-TRA was a former registration.
Given the flight number of IWD3677 coming in from Palma at 5pm & the departure of IWD3678 from Manchester to Palma about 40 minutes or so ago, I guess this will be the same aircraft coming back.

Small Planet nicked the aircraft that was supposed to do that flight for an LGW flight, then it went tech in LGW.
Due to the ATR that slid off the runway I believe
reg is OH-LXF

HK8746 09:00 Amsterdam departure
HK8747 18:40 Amsterdam arrival
HK= Höga Kusten Flyg of Sweden... who contract Golden Air who operate 6 Saab 2000s
Perhaps this is a big mistake and may be Transavia whose code is HV and so positioning flight to come in 40 mins before 0900 and depart 40 mins after 1840?
HK is the prefix for Hamburg Airways ..... it is an A319
Dave........
Is this going into new colours or an end of life white?

Same here - phew! ATC closed the runway for about fifteen minutes before it landed and three of the four or so flights waiting to go were told to shut down one engine to save fuel if they liked, the aircraft at the front of the queue also asked if he should shut one down and was told 'only if you can start it again in a hurry', to which I think he replied - 'oh'!
Great response by the fire crews, the fire chief was on and was the epitome of professionalism.
Arrives 1300 on 17th from LGW then departs 1300 to Madrid
Arrives back from Madrid on 18th at 0220 then back to LGW at 0320.
A Chinook landed at Manchester today just off 23R, does anyone have a reason why it appeared? I've recorded it landing so I've put that in the videos page.
Thanks, Jamlidd.

Why was only one runway in use?
Quoting ian brooks, from a previous postWhat is problem with fuel at Manchester as N310GJ has got to go to Liverpool to pick some up and then return for his pax? nothing to do with OCS is it?
Got to say OSJC looked all locked up with nothing out front when I want past at 20:10 Tues eve. Has there been a further bad development?
TK3301 arrives 1355 on 18th, departs as TK3301 at 1455

It was something to do with esso and a lack of refuellers, or something like that.
Quoting world_rep, from a previous postIt was something to do with esso and a lack of refuellers, or something like that.
I thought OCS fuelled their own 'contracts' at Manchester?
There was some issues with fuel yesterday earlier in the day, the fire alarm was going off in the fuel farm so they had to turn off the pumps, not sure if it was this again?
help would be appreciated
Thanks
Depends who handled it. Parked 101 and passenger was a bit 'Gaga'.
Also tomorrow CS-TLO will operate MON684 to Sharm as whitehatter has posted above in place of the normal A300 but there is also a 2nd flight to Sharm as MON8470 departing at 14.40. This is because if the A300 was full thats 352 passengers. CS-TLO can only take 250 so that must be the reason for the 2nd flight to take the remaining passengers that CS-TLO can't take.
They also have leased I-NEOW B738 but will be BHX based.
Today's pax figures from selected flights.

That's it, the student influx to the North West seats of learning is on judging by the inbound loads from the Middle East, Turkish still doing well and Atlantic routes as well.

And G-LSAN has just positioned back to MAN again from Glasgow as EXS041A to operate delayed EXS809 to Malaga.
...and last night just after 7, think there a Wideroe Dash 8 (registration ?), saw the flight on the arrivals board, but only after i had half took notice of a Dash 8 that didn't look like FlyBe landing a bit earlier on. Assume this has left by now.
Thanks
