Hi all, went to RAF Cosford show last sunday. Quite a small event, but worth it to see all the withdrawn Jaguars happy Anyway a few from a grey day....

Some nice pics there, Jon. It's just a shame about the weather. I especially like the shot of XX727 inside the hangar. The Jaguar has always been one of my favourite military aircraft and, when I used to work over in North Norfolk, it was always a pleasure to see them flying 'circuits and bumps' around RAF Coltishall.

Same. I just don't understand why the Jags have been parked, they might not be stealthy and superfast but they were the Buccaneer of their day. Great ground-attack planes.

That first photo (Tornado) is extremely atmospheric.

Great to see the jags, but i agree it it such a shame to see them sitting there not being used. They were a good aircraft that has still not really been replaced. But, then, in the last few years we've lost the jag, tornado F3, nimrod, harrier, sea harrier etc etc. Such a sad state of affairs.
